# FOM

> FOM (fom.capital) is the $FOM whitelist presale and a token launchpad on BNB Chain. The presale has not started yet. Nothing is deployed.

## Presale
- One whitelist round on BNB Chain, hard cap 200 BNB, no fixed end date.
- Whitelisted wallets only, 0.1 to 0.2 BNB per wallet, once. The site button reads "Check eligibility".
- Not on the whitelist: contact @fomdotcapital on X to apply.
- Invite links: a whitelisted wallet gets fom.capital/r/CODE (CODE = the first 8 hex characters of its address). Wallets that open it are eligible. See fom.capital/invite.
- No token during the presale: each subscription is recorded on-chain against the paying wallet, cannot be transferred, and is claimed on fom.capital after the presale ends and $FOM is live.
- $FOM has a fixed supply with no mint function.
- Presale treasury: Safe multisig 0x414f159F012010f651937DC5b10fA9909F97f87d (3 of 4 signers).
- $FOM sold, oversubscription and claim timing: TBD.

## Launchpad (opens after the presale)
- Launch a coin with a creator tax (1-10%) or no tax.
- Pair with BNB, USDT, USD1, CAKE, ASTER, Broccoli, ETH or any BEP-20 address.
- Every trade pays a 1% platform fee: 50% buyback and burn $FOM, 20% ecosystem and dev support, 20% holder dividend, 10% foundation.
- Launch from X: post "@fomdotcapital launch $TICKER, pair it with CAKE, 2% tax".
- Graduates to PancakeSwap at a threshold: TBD.
